The edit-copy icon is missing for sizes of 64x64 and up, but the others are
there.
Took a look at the icons themselves, and they look normal in Dolphin.

I'll delete the icon cache (icon-theme.cache) in /usr/share/icons/oxygen/ -
perhaps it did get messed up somehow.
