Communist Korea has test-fired missiles toward Japan, has abducted Japanese 
citizens and continue to hold their children hostage, but it's the US that 
is being hostile.

After half a century, Communist Korea has failed to reach a peace treaty 
with the Republic of Korea, has hundreds of pieces of artillery pointed at 
their cities, and prevents its citizens from travelling south.  It's all 
the US's fault, though.

President Clinton played the fool and gave into Communist Korea's 
blackmail, offering free stuff in exchange for an end to the Communists' 
nuclear program.  The Communists never did dismantle the program, even 
during the rest of the Clinton administration, but of course that was the 
fault of President Bush's policies anyway.
