  So because some wealthy people show criminality they all should be taxed 
heavily... play a Robin Hood on them? What about good 'ol fashioned 
prosecution of the criminals and letting those who have not done anything 
wrong choose to give their money as they please?

  I'll happily pay my fair share of taxes and the rich should pay theirs. I 
see no reason to over tax the wealthy. Rather, keep government small so no 
one has to pay many taxes.
