  I'd assume it would be stopped, but I don't know if the U.S. would worry 
enough to block the satelite, just perhaps the airwaves if coming off a 
TV/Radio transmitter in Cuba.

  Alas, I'm somewhat disturbed by News Corp.'s increasing might in the U.S., 
especially if the on-again-off-again attempt to nab Hughes works out and 
gives Murdoch DirecTV.

  I don't think I have any issue with satelite broadcasts being beamed around 
the world available for anyone to view who has a dish. Broadcasting into 
enemy territory has been a good and long standing practice. I appreciate what 
Voice of America and the BBC World Service have done. 
 
  If Cuba wants to do a satelite broadcast legally (i.e. having rights to 
uplink to the satelite they use), then so be it. I personally have no issue 
with that and appreciate access to opposing viewpoints.
