Umm, if I read that right, I'm sure SCO would sooner go to court than bankrupt itself in a settlement. What would be nice would be if IBM buy SCO out, which is clearly what SCO are looking for (after all, their claims have no basis whatsoever in law, the only real harm done by these events is through FUD). But it would seem that IBM aren't interested in pursuing this route. -- Dan.
