  No, what I meant was bankrupt from the legal fees of dealing with hundred or 
thousands of small and large suits. Imagine if every company that had 
products that could be hurt by GNU/Linux's reputation being tarnished sued 
SCO... it could be a very big expense for SCO.
 
   IBM's patent suit could be especially pricy, however.
