My apologies.  You do understand it quite well.  There is almost nothing 
that I could add or disagree with.

And, yes I am one of those people that sometimes snap at someone one day, 
but usually am OK.  I do have bad days and I am a moody person.  Thank you 
for saying that this is just part of being human.
