Probably every country in the world depends on a foreign software company 
(=Microsoft). Imagine the public outcry if Germany or even France would ban 
US software, and people would complain about Anti-Americanism. Actually they 
even called it that in the Munich deal, and IBM won the bid... So what is 
this? Anti-Germanism? :)
