Editing is a form of censoring. It's a form that is often acceptable, given
the editee is aware, but that doesn't change the meaning of the words.

How is preventing a single cartoon banning all discussion? Private
censorship decisions don't bother me, no matter which parties are involved.
Censorship by law is what I'm willing to fight against.

I don't think you're on an international campaign at all, as you've
repeatedly reject suggestions and offers to take your views to a bigger
audience than just kde-cafe. 

Within the proper scope, the removal of posted comments on dot.kde.org might
even be worse (for KDE) than the prevention of certain cartoons in one
specific newspaper (for the world), although it's not that I object
censorship on the Dot. That's fine by me! I just don't think that a site as
the Dot is appropriate as default KDE news site. I still hope to one day
have the time and resources to build a decent alternative that is closer to
the community and accepts the diversity and (sometimes even flaming)
disagreement that simply exists in a community this large.

I'm still thankful you (or Nav?) forgot to remove me from dot-notify. I'd
like to stay on by the way. I think it's safe to say I haven't abused that
insider submission queue information, but I do think you'd be in your rights
to remove me from there. If you don't however, I'd like to know whether I am
allowed to take submissions from there and post them myself, where deemed
appropriate, before they appear on dot-stories.
