I have no idea, ask Rob (Malda) if you really need to know. Note how the 
appendix actually creates a new URL. Also, please explain to me how that 
parameter would be helpful, as I fail to see its significance.

Even Microsoft raised the issue though and again I dismissed anti-Americanism 
as a factor for them, or KDE.

Perhaps that is a motivation of Neil, but I didn't drag it into this 
discussion.

Yes, I'm extremely proud of being #1 for "erasmusbrug". It's flattering for my 
photography and the way I publish it. But 90% of what Google picks up merely 
makes me chuckle and I simply notice these keywords because of access_log 
analysis.
