There is no significance or use for the casual user or surfer. However, someone on the server end could do interesting stuff with it software wise (ie precisely track where the hits or URL originated from). It would be understandable for someone at the server end to attach "?slashdot" to the URL, but not for a casual user to make the addition. > That was Neil. Have you read my reply?
