My point is not to argue whether this number is justified or not. My point is 
that the current policy of the Bush administration appears to be matching 
what PNAC has advocated, which shouldn't be surprising given that virtually 
all the top members of the current US government are affiliated with it.

The problem is what kind policy PNAC advocates.
