my sincere apologies, even though i don't think you have a cause of 
action in that i did not say anything contrary to what you specify 
above and am content that, in quoting it, it was you who reposted that 
to which you object, and to a public list rather than by private email, 
though the latter was within your knowledge and ability. however, if i 
did say anything that you believe was in error, i apologize.

you no longer, then, own the kde.com domain?
