Installer: add developer certificate versioning Replace the compile-time am-legacy-certificates flag with a runtime installer/minimumCertificateVersion floor. Each certificate's version (6.10/6.11/6.12) is derived from its contents - version SAN, key-usage, SANs - and any certificate below the floor is rejected at install time. A malformed version SAN is rejected outright. The packager warns when signing with a certificate older than its built-in version.
