Stabilize flaky tst_QQuickItem::testUpdateOfInvisibleItem

tst_QQuickItem::testUpdatedOfInvisibleItem is flaky/failing on several
macOS configurations. The test assumes that afterRendering is emitted
a single time, however, during the initial show is emitted twice on macOS.

Check that 2 afterRendering events have been received before clearing
the spy and starting the test logic.

Remove the spy.wait and use the QTRY_COMPARE macro instead.
