Unblacklist several functions of tst_FlickableInterop on Windows

Unblacklist tst_FlickableInterop::touchAndDragHandlerOnFlickable
touchDragFlickableBehindSlider and touchDragFlickableBehindButton on
Windows as it is not longer flaking or failing.
