Well, you've already got it in pdf format.  Preview can export
from that to jpg or png.  Just load it in preview and select
"Export".  It should be self explanatory.  I took my shots of
Quanta using Apple-Shift-3.  That takes a shot of the entire screen
in pdf format and places it on your desktop.  I understand
you can also use Apple-Shift-4 to get pictures of individual windows,
but I'm not sure how it works.  I've tried it and haven't come up
with anything useful.  Perhaps it puts it someplace I haven't looked.
