kdepim

I'd really like to build this. I've downloaded the latest arts and 
kdepim from cvs and tried to patch arts using the latest patches using 
the instructions on the website. When I run the patch I get a bunch of 
messages that look like this:

Hunk #1 FAILED at 22.
1 out of 1 hunk FAILED -- saving rejects to file 
kpilot/configure.in.in.rej
patching file kpilot/conduits/configure.in.in

Is this what's supposed to happen? If not, what am I doing wrong?
