Read the big-ass "packaging .apps" thread on fink-devel.

Long story short, currently we do not allow packaging app bundles in 
Fink (with a few exceptions)  for technical and, uh, historical reasons.  :)

It's being discussed, but it's unclear whether it will happen yet.

There are plans to make opendarwin packages though.  =)
