Yes, I think so. Additionally kplayer (or mkplayer as soon as I have released 
it :-) (both are mplayer wrappers)

Let's not forget kdevelop, quanta, scribus, k3b.
I didn't try kopete yet. at least for me sim (qt based with kde support) works 
perfectly.
