if so...

kdemultimedia => personally, were i to package up KDE for a corporate audience 
i'd drop noatun. it's track record is not the best. between JuK, amaroK  and 
KMplayer i see no need for Noatun and it's complexity.

kdegames => hrm? maybe kpat for MS Windows compatibility ;-) but seriously, 
for a corporate audience i'd pick a few games out such as kpat, kmahjongg and 
kbackgammon and put the rest in an optional add-on package. i'm not sure how 
much work is going to go into customizing the debian packages, though. the 
raw KDE packages just aren't "corp ready" IMHO. anyone?

GNOME => Rhythmbox
KDE => JuK

GNOME => Totem
KDE => KMplayer (supports both mplayer and xine.. whichever)

Gtk+ => xchat
KDE => ksirc (or konversation?); but honestly, i'm not sure WHAT an IRC client 
is doing in a "corporate friendly" desktop application grouping. who uses IRC 
in the office? IM, sure.. very common. but IRC? besides, Kopete supports 
basic IRC.

i really wonder at the benefit of having mozilla there, at least as the 
default browser. i'd prefer to see it as a back-up browser with Konqueror 
being the default. with the new ability to have per-profile toolbars (likely 
to be extended even further...) we could offer a nice streamlined experience 
with Konqueror.

GNOME => Planner
KDE => good question. KPlato isn't ready for prime time, and while TaskJuggler 
is awesome technology it's UI is ... well ... nonexistent. =) KPlato could be 
a good bet, but it really needs more development.

Java => Eclipse-sdk
KDE => KDevelop

Web => usermin-postgresql
KDE => pgadmin3 ... a REAL gui for pgsql admin. web/usermin's web interface 
is, quite honestly, a joke. Kalyxo, with it's pro-KDE stance can offer 
something better: pgadmin3, which is Qt based.

there's also a section missing on desktop administration, which is different 
from administration tools that run on the desktop (e.g. kdeadmin, 
gnome-system-tools). KDE has the kiosk framework and the new KConfigXT. there 
are apps coming out around both of those technologies that should be pulled 
into Kalyxo.
