Yes, i second this. I think primary Kalyxo focus is Debian. Anyone else is 
free  to reuse the parts that are reusable and indeed we shouldn't make it 
needlessly difficult. But it isn't our primary job to be distro-agnostic. We 
never were to be distro agnostic. Remember, this was started as KDE-Debian... 
And today it's not KDE-Debian because of name-use issues, not because we are 
less KDE-Debian. However, do not get me wrong. Non-debian-specific work is 
welcome and encouraged. I'll be first in line to support distro-agnostic 
work. Just don't expect me to prefer otherwise inferior solution only because 
it supports other distros.
