Before discussing this we definitely need to know who will come... If there's 
not enough people we won't need a lot of ressources.

Ok 20€ per night is feasible... I'm going to investigate for the travel 
prices...

Unfortunately not...

Here I have only three company sympathetic to Free Software (nothing KDE 
related), and I see only one that would be able to sponsor me... But, they 
don't earn a lot of money... I'll see one of their engineers soon, I'll ask 
him his impressions directly...

If it is related to a paper maybe... But I don't know if I can do something in 
their domain yet.

Since my current "employer" is a university AI lab... they won't be interested 
by any tutorial there... except if semantic web, ontologies or multi-agent 
systems are involved...
