Also, in case it's important, libqt3c102 was *not* installed when I did

        apt-get install -t unstable kdeartwork-style

In fact, it was never installed with

        apt-get install -t unstable kdebase kdeartwork kdelibs ..etc...

I installed it only after you mentioned it, with

        apt-get install -t unstable libqt3c102

I imagine this is important to you.
