I'm running debian testing + KDE from unstable and I had the
same problem as you.

After qt update from unstable (thx for the tip Ben!)

menu settings wizard shows keramik again (yeah!).  After logout,
stop/start kdm login desktop settings wizard showed additionaly
kde classic.  The kcontrol center style page now lists ~ a dozend
of styles (including plastik).
Sorry didn't check it before the qt 3.2.3-3 update so I
don't know how many were there listed before the update.

Looks like kdelibs need an updated versioned depends on qt.
If ever kde enter testing before qt testing we can expect lots
more of these type of problem reports.   Opinions?  Bug report?
