Hi, Me and (I guess ;) lot of other people would like to see kalyxo apt repository envolve into 'the' central KDE deb repository outside debian proper. So what's the procedure to the a deb of a kde application into the kalyxo archive? I've made e.g. a pkg of knemo http://www.kde-apps.org/content/show.php?content=12956 (score 91%) the diff is appended. Lintean does not complain (thx to your pkgs build recipe and cdbs at kalyxo). Outstanding issues are: o add build-deb pkgs and verify it with pbuilder o missing copyright in *.c and *.h files: Upstream other promised to add the GPL header in the next release. o wnpp 'Request To Package' So I could upload them to my repo on my homepage or coordinate with Pedro Jurado Maqueda <[email protected]> (work in progress) who also made a knemo deb (link of sid deb on knemo page). But both, Pedro and me, would prefer if the knemo pkg would somehow find it's way into the kalyxo archive. Achim P.S. I've found it quite useful if pkg policy would recommend to add kalyxo to all pkgs hosted in the kalyxo archive not just forks. With frequent addition/removals in source.list it helps to remember the origin of the pkg. P.P.S http://www.kalyxo.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/KalyxoPackages should also list the deb and deb-src lines. The sources.list entries are too hidden currently. -- To me vi is Zen. To use vi is to practice zen. Every command is a koan. Profound to the user, unintelligible to the uninitiated. You discover truth everytime you use it. -- [email protected] _______________________________________________ kde-debian mailing list [email protected] https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kde-debian
