well, you can try to contact people on #kalyxo on freenode. I'm more or
less part of the team (in fact I'm resposible of the packages of
akregator and kickpim). I guess if it's only for one package you can
find a `sponsor' in the team to dput your packages, or if you want to
work on more, to be part of the team (but well, for the second part you
should go on freenode and ask)

well, maybe.

NB :
I see kalyxo as an debian sid antechamber for kde third parties. (and
some other stuff like NX). Fo example, as soon as akregator is stable,
it will be uploaded into sid (I already have more or less a sponsor).

IMHO package have not to live in kalyxo, but to grow there, and live in
debian then.
