Unfortunately qt-kde has been removed.  We all use upstream qt from
gitorious these days.

In order to clone other projects look at
http://projects.kde.org/projects/kde/kdeaccessibility
also, the url should be anongit.kde.org but maybe that's just a typo in your
e-mail.

git clone git://anongit.kde.org/kaccessible should work fine for instance.
