When I most recently tried it (some time last year), some aspects of it 
were usable, but there were still basic keyboard accessibility and 
accessibility API issues to be solved.

However, there may have been a newer release since I tried it, and I'm 
not following developments. I know there are KDE developers who have 
been working on accessibility issues.
