Hi!

After a hibernation or suspend state, the Disk Usage widget has lost access to
all disks except the system volume. It is quite annoying to re-populate the
sensors list every time if one really needs disk info in the panel.

I suggest adding the ability to poll all attached disks a brief time after
waking up (to give them time to spin up and mount) to make Disk Usage show all
previously displayed disks.
