I experienced this bug relatively frequently as of recent, however after this
morning I was only able to recreate it once with every other attempt of about
30 being successful. Not sure what exactly has changed but I'll keep trying to
recreate it and attach footage if I can (or if it doesn't show up again that's
also just as good).

I'll mark as resolved for now and reopen the bug if it shows up again.
