DESCRIPTION
The KCM doesn't show up

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install audiocd-kio
2. Run systemsettings kcm_audiocd

OBSERVED RESULT
The kcm opens but it doesn't show up in the sidebar

EXPECTED RESULT
The sidebar should have an entry for audiocd
