holidays/plan2/holiday_il_he (Hebrew) or holidays/plan2/holiday_il_en-us

I committed the Jewish Calendar plugin a few minutes ago.
It will come with KOrganizer 6.9.0 =3D> so at least 4 months from now.
I'll continue using it myself and testing as I go.
