DataCheckerJob: clear previous info message when checker thread starts

Only one data checker can run at a time. If the job does not start
immediately then we emit an info message informing that we are waiting
for other data checks to finish. This is displayed to the user.

Previously the message would not be cleared, even when the job finished.

Now we emit an empty message to clear the previous one.

Alternatively this could be cleared in KTorrent ScanExtender when
calling processedAmount().
