DESCRIPTION
The same bookmark can be added more than once but only one instance is
displayed afterwards. Also, a "heap-use-after-free" problem appears and
Krusader ends abruptly.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add `-fsanitize=address` to the compiler flags of the CMake command, then
build Krusader. Execute Krusader.
2. Repeat this step in order to add the same bookmark multiple times: Press
Ctrl+B and press Return.
3. Press Ctrl+D. Notice that only one of the newly added items is displayed. 
4. Use the mouse to delete that bookmark.
5. See that Krusader ends abruptly. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Only one of the newly added items was displayed. Krusader crashed.

EXPECTED RESULT
All of the newly added items should be displayed. Krusader should not ended
abruptly.
