[Breeze] [Bug 524120] Animated X11 cursors, when copied to a Kubuntu KDE/Plasma 6/Wayland system fail to show the images for grabbing the top, bottom, sides and corners of windows to resize.

The issue is with a custom mouse theme I created on Linux Mint Cinnamon X11. It has a specified cursor image for grabbing window sides, a specified cursor image for grabbing window tops and bottoms, and a specified cursor image for grabbing window corners. None of these three appear when I imported the theme to my Kubuntu v25.10 KDE/Plasma 6/Wayland box. Instead it shows the cursor image for panning across webpages.
