Screen Arrangement
DESCRIPTION
XWayland apps (Steam and KiCad in my case) position their windows on launch to
be in line with the top of secondary monitor. I.e. they open half way down my
primary monitor. On KiCad: even after resizing window, drop down menus align
with the top of secondary monitor instead of top of primary monitor.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have two monitors, with secondary monitor to the left of primary monitor,
and offset downwards by ~500px (top of secondary monitor slightly below top of
primary monitor, see attachment).
2. In Window Behaviour, set Window placement to "Centred" (Default)
3. Open any XWayland app (Steam or KiCad in my case).
4. (only on KiCad so far) Open any drop down menus after fullscreening window.
OBSERVED RESULT
Application windows open centred on the y value of the centre of secondary
monitor.
EXPECTED RESULT
Application windows open centred on the y value of the centre of primary
monitor.
