The jump to latest message appears even though at bottom

DESCRIPTION
The jump to latest message arrow appears even though I am already at the latest
message. It is very annoying as it blocks parts of the latest message.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a Matrix chat room
2. Type a few things

OBSERVED RESULT
The jump to latest message arrow blocks the view of who viewed your message.

EXPECTED RESULT
Jump to latest message disappears after some buffer at the bottom.

Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window):
