I can confirm that I'm able to reproduce the issue on 26.04. (BTW I just needed to get the URL to the RSS feed. No need to zip and attach the file itself.) The good news is that it's already fixed on the upcoming 26.08 release which should be released within a couple of days. (And it's also ok on the master branch.) I can't remember which of the commits fixed it, but apparently someone made a change in the last few months that fixed it. :-) So, please check out 26.08 which should be out shortly.
