I can move the crosshair cursor but it does not paint

DESCRIPTION
When annotate a pdf the tools "arrows" and "line"  do not work, the other tools
like circle are fine.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a pdf
2. Menu Tools-->Annotations
3. Arrow

OBSERVED RESULT
It does not show the arrow.

EXPECTED RESULT
It shoudl design arrows.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window):
Mac OS 26.6
