In your case, you were focused on your right screen with the System Settings, so that's where your tablet cursor will also be By focusing another window by using alt+tab to switch windows - to something on the other screen - the tablet cursor should also move to that monitor This wasn't shown in the video, but I thought to explain how it works in case you were unaware for that setting. The second part where it doesn't map to the specific screen despite being set is interesting.
