I think the error it is more related to sddm, because this process it is running in root, and will make drkonqi fail in that part, doing these test will make it clear: systemd-analyze condition 'ConditionUser=!@system' test.service: ConditionUser=!@system succeeded. Conditions succeeded. sudo systemd-analyze condition 'ConditionUser=!@system' test.service: ConditionUser=!@system failed.
