I'm not sure about MKV format, I only use Elisa for proper audio files.

Anyway, it only happens within this app, Dolphin in preview mode is displaying
the file covers correctly. I'm not sure if Elisa is using some different libs
to manage this, but being this working on Dolphin, I can guess that it is not a
problem with KDE as a whole.
