DESCRIPTION
After updating frameworks to the latest version 6.29.0 Dolphin doesnt show the
installed context menu extension that i've installed, I use an extension to
compress videos directly from Dolphin but it isnt showing anymore. Over on
Dolphin settings the extension is still there enabled. I already uninstalled
the extension and installed again, no lucky with that too..

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I'm using this extension (my fork)
https://github.com/NIICKTCHUNS/dolphin-compress-media-vaapi
2. Update to 6.29

OBSERVED RESULT
Right clicking on a video doesnt show the options to compress them

EXPECTED RESULT
Right clicking on a video actually show the options to compress them
