DESCRIPTION
On KDE Linux 2026-08-14, applications running on wine wayland can have the
cursor become invisible or stuck in place.
The cursor might work when the application loses focus and regains it, however
when the cursor is supposed to disapear and reapear such as pausing and
resuming a game, this issue occurs. This does not happen when wine's x11
backend is being used.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run a windows application that hides the cursor (such as certain games that
only show the cursor when the pause menu is open) with wine-wayland variants
2. Make the application hide the cursor, then unhide it (such as pausing and
resuming certain games)

OBSERVED RESULT
The cursor is invisible, or appears to be fixed in place despite actually
moving.

EXPECTED RESULT
The cursor is visible and moving.
