DESCRIPTION
Custom cursor installers put the new icons in ~/.local/share/icons/ but System
Settings fail to see them there and checks ~/.icons instead, when the same
cursor pack (catppuccin) is installed from within the System Settings GUI they
are placed in ~/.icons and both show up and work as intended.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Place icons in ~/.local/share/icons/
2. Try to apply them within System Settings
3. Install an example from within System Settings
4. Check where they are located
OBSERVED RESULT
No cursors show up.
EXPECTED RESULT
Installed cursors showing up and working.
