[systemsettings] [Bug 523014] Not all parts of downloaded global themes are deleted when the parent theme is deleted

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Se7en Aero.
2. Go to Breeze (and optionally uninstall Se7en Aero).

OBSERVED RESULT
The sizes of the Application Launcher and widget box are reset to their default
size.
The bouncing icon next to the cursor for launching KDE apps is using the
theme's icons.
The window menu (top-left)'s icons of KDE apps are using the theme's icons.

EXPECTED RESULT
These parts using icons of the uninstalled theme should actually be showing the
current theme's icons
And the size of the Application Launcher and widget box shouldn't be affected.
