Move Accessibility Inspector to KDE Review

Hello,

Yesterday night, I moved the accessibility inspector for 
libqaccessibilityclient to a new repo. Goal for that is to make this helpful 
tool more visible by making it a standalone app instead of a tool hidden in 
the build folder of libqaccessibilityclient.

The repo is now live at:

taking care of that quickly.

Aside from moving the repo, I made the UI translatable and started modernizing 
a bit the codebase and fixing bugs.
