Bug: Key problem

Hello everybody,

I noticed the following problem with LyX and Qt3/Win Free Edition:

At least the following three key combinations do not work as expected:

  CTRL + "
  CTRL + .
  CTRL + -

I am pretty sure that this is not a problem of LyX but of the underlying 
Qt library. Probably another key mapping problem?

Does anybody have an idea why this happens?
