Bug: Qt file dialog is broken

Hello again!

There is a problem in the Qt3/Win Free file dialog: If you want to 
select some text in the "Filename" field, some characters disappear 
temporarily.

The problem is simply reproducible: Click into the "Filename" field and 
press "Shift + CursorLeft" or "Shift + CursorRight" (maybe multiple 
times). Please note that the problem does not occur every time but very 
often.
